What is the rental rate?

Flower Walls

  • $250 for up to 4 hours
  • $350 for a full-day rental
  • Includes delivery, professional setup, and pickup within 25 miles of Turner, Oregon (ZIP 97392).
  • For locations beyond 25 miles, please inquire about applicable travel/setup fees.

The Brielle Pillars

  • A pair of elegant 7-foot floral pillars
  • Pickup only (no delivery option)
  • $250 for one day of use
  • Pick up the day before your event, return the day after
What Sizes are available?

Flower Walls

  • Standard size is 8x8 feet
  • Width can be adjusted to 4 or 6 feet, but height is fixed
  • Must be set up by EB Collective Co. staff — self-installation is not allowed


The Brielle Pillars

  • Each pillar stands at 7 feet tall
  • Size cannot be adjusted
  • Pillars are mounted on solid wood bases, making them stable and easy to move if needed
  • Ideal for entryways, ceremony backdrops, or beside welcome signs


How do I reserve my date?
  • A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve your rental.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due the day before your event.
When will setup take place?
  • For flower walls, our team typically arrives 30 minutes to 2 hours before your event to complete setup.
  • Exact timing will be coordinated based on your venue and schedule.
Can the flower walls be setup outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor setups must meet the following conditions:

  • Flat, level, and stable ground
  • Safe weather conditions (no high winds, rain, or extreme heat)
  • A wall, fence, or structure behind the wall is recommended, but not required


Note: Flower walls must be set up by our staff only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel setup if conditions are unsafe upon arrival.
